Instructions for ‘Listen online’ distance auditory training programme
- Contact us to receive a questionnaire. Complete the questionnaire and scan it back to us. It gives us the information we need to prepare the music.
- Our AIT programmes are individually customised to meet each client’s needs. For children over 6 years old and not on the autistic spectrum, we require a specific audiogram / listening test done. A child under the age of 6 years with delayed learning will not cope with this test and we will personalise the programme based on the questionnaire.
- Decide when you would like to do the 10 day programme and inform us of your commencement date. Always plan for a few extra days buffer zone in your schedule.
- Please give us at least two weeks’ notice for music preparation from date of payment.
- Our accounts department will invoice you for programme.
- You will need high quality headphones for the programme that go over the ear. (In-ear earphones are not acceptable). If you don’t have these, we can advise you which headphones to purchase at a reasonable cost from Amazon or a local supplier. Don’t purchase any headphones until we have started processing your music.
- Please note that you don’t receive anything in the post from us for this programme. You use your own equipment entirely.
- The programme will be available online to listen to and expires after 20 days.
- Requirements for this programme are fast and reliable internet connection; modern laptop, mobile phone or tablet to play the music. (If you choose to use a phone, it should be a Samsung Galaxy S4 or above, Apple iPhone 5 or above).
